At the forum Dialogue on Technological Civilization and Co-Building Happiness, Professor Wang Jian focused on two major topics: "The Global Leap of Technological Civilization and the Joint Construction of Human Happiness" and "Mission and Responsibility Amid Global Changes and Strategic Transformation in the Technological Era". He put forward the core concept of "values guide the direction, rule of law paves the way, and market drives the momentum". He pointed out that technological development should not only pursue efficiency, but also take "goodness" as its foundation and "order" as its boundary, to promote the implementation of technology in social governance and people's well-being.

When discussing the "Chinese Path", Professor Wang emphasized the integration of four indicators—"efficiency, equity, resilience, and green development"—into the evaluation system for cities and enterprises, forming a replicable and promotable "four-in-one comprehensive framework". He specifically noted that the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, with its advantages of a complete industrial chain, high openness, and cultural diversity, is becoming a key testbed for translating the concept of "Technology for Good" from theory to practice.

At the level of global cooperation, Professor Wang proposed a three-step strategy of "shared consensus language, common application scenarios, and mutual benefit incentives". He also highly recognized the platform value of the "International Center for Technological and Industrial Integration Development"—an initiative proposed by this forum—as a vehicle to promote Chinese solutions to the world. He stressed that only by embedding technology into systems and transforming values into mechanisms can the sustainable development of technological civilization be achieved.

Professor Wang Jian's speech profoundly reflects the unique value of the Dialogue on Technological Civilization and Joint Construction of Happiness platform in building consensus, taking happiness as its purpose, and promoting practice. It is within such a high-standard and high-positioned dialogue mechanism that Chinese scholars can transform theoretical wisdom into governance achievements, providing ideological guidance and path support for the "Digital-Intelligent Bay Area·Co-Building Happiness".
