Technology Empowers High-Quality Development: The ANSO Alliance of National and International Innovative Enterprises for the Belt and Road Regions and Silk Road Dialogue Committee Participates in the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce Empowerment Initiative

Recently, the “All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce Empowerment and Matchmaking Event for Innovative and Growth-Oriented Private Enterprises,”hosted by the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce (ACFIC), organized by the Guangdong Federation of Industry and Commerce, and jointly carried out by the Guangzhou Federation of Industry and Commerce, the Guangzhou Investment Promotion Committee Office, and the People’s Government of Baiyun District, was held at the Guangzhou Private Technology Innovation Exhibition Center. The event focused on building a high-quality platform for communication, cooperation, and empowerment of innovative and growth-oriented private enterprises. Nearly 200 participants, including representatives from government departments, enterprises, financial institutions, and academia, gathered to discuss pathways for the high-quality development of the private economy. Ms. Cui Yiting, Vice Chairperson and Secretary-General of the ANSO Alliance of National and International Innovative Enterprises for the Belt and Road Regions、Founder of the Silk Road Dialogue, was invited to attend and released support measures on behalf of the empowerment institutions.

An Lijia, Vice Chairman of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce; Liu Jianjun, Secretary of the Party Committee and President of the Postal Savings Bank of China; Wang Huanqing, Member of the Standing Committee of the Guangzhou Municipal Committee and Minister of the United Front Work Department; and Feng Riguang, Member of the Party Leadership Group and Full-time Vice Chairman of the Guangdong Federation of Industry and Commerce, delivered speeches. They fully affirmed the vital role of the private economy, expressed high expectations for the development of innovative and growth-oriented private enterprises, and emphasized continued efforts to optimize the business environment, strengthen policy support, and enhance service guarantees.
Zhao Xingliang, Executive Deputy Director of the Emerging Industries Division of the Guangzhou Investment Promotion Committee Office, gave a detailed introduction to the current development status, key strengths, and policy support of Guangzhou’s intelligent manufacturing industry, highlighting its central role in driving the city’s economic transformation and upgrading. Subsequently, Sheng Minghong, Director of the Baiyun District Investment Promotion Bureau, released information on industrial space resources for the intelligent manufacturing industry in Baiyun District, fully showcasing the high-quality space and comprehensive supporting facilities available to enterprises, providing clear guidance for business development and implementation.


Cui Yiting, Secretary-General of the ANSO Alliance of National and International Innovative Enterprises for the Belt and Road Regions、Founder of the Silk Road Dialogue, announced the“Ten Empowerment Measures for Enterprises through Science and Technology”under the International Science and Technology-Industry Integration Development Center. Focusing on the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and services for enterprise innovation, the initiative aims to build a systematic empowerment framework through the“Scientists + Entrepreneurs” model, driving the efficient transformation of scientific and technological outcomes, supporting private enterprises in expanding their technological frontiers and market space, and promoting the development of new quality productive forces. The Alliance’s “Ten Measures” specifically include: establishing a China-Africa science and technology demand-supply database; launching a dedicated ANSO Science and Technology Achievement Transformation Fund; setting up overseas joint laboratories in collaboration with research institutes; promoting localized production of key technologies; establishing permanent representative offices to facilitate science and technology cooperation; organizing innovation and entrepreneurship competitions to identify local innovation talent; conducting short-term and long-term technical training programs; building a cross-border intellectual property cooperation mechanism; carrying out joint brand promotion campaigns for the Belt and Road Initiative; and establishing a China-Africa Smart Agriculture Science and Technology Demonstration Zone. Through platform-based initiatives such as the “Silk Road Happiness Journey,”the “Silk Road International Meeting Hall,”and the “Silk Road International Micro-Museum,”the Alliance continues to establish an international collaborative mechanism that covers the entire process of “showcasing–trading – implementation,”effectively integrating and unlocking science and technology innovation resources.
In the future, the Alliance will continue to collaborate with local governments, research institutes, and enterprises to develop a series of leading and sustainable transformation projects for scientific and technological achievements. This will help unleash the multiplier effect of scientific innovation, inject new momentum into the private economy, and provide solid support for the high-quality development of new quality productive forces.

The attending guests collectively visited Guangdong Yuntao Hydrogen Energy Technology Co., Ltd., OPPEIN Home Group, and the Baiyun Electric Digital Factory. At Yuntao Hydrogen Energy, they gained in-depth insights into the R&D, production, and application of the hydrogen energy industry. At OPPEIN Home Group, they toured the intelligent production base and advanced digital management systems. At Baiyun Electric, they observed digital production processes and intelligent management models on site, gaining a profound understanding of digital transformation practices in the rail transit equipment manufacturing sector.

This Empowerment and Matchmaking Event for Innovative and Growth-Oriented Private Enterprises, organized by the ACFIC, not only served as a bridge for in-depth cooperation among government, business, finance, and research institutions but also provided an efficient platform for private enterprises to showcase cutting-edge technologies, access policy support, and expand collaborative resources. The ANSO Alliance of National and International Innovative Enterprises for the Belt and Road Regions will further strengthen coordinated cooperation with local governments, research institutions, industrial parks, and private enterprises to accelerate and ensure the precise implementation of scientific and technological achievements. Looking ahead, the Alliance will continue to rely on its global science and technology resource network and multilateral cooperation mechanisms to deepen the integration path of “science and technology + industry + region.” It will serve more private enterprises with innovation potential and international ambitions, support the high-quality development of the private economy, and continuously contribute scientific and technological momentum and platform power to the construction of new quality productive forces.
