On June 26, Dato' Eric Ku, Economic Advisor to the State of Pahang, Malaysia, and Council Member of the Malaysia-China Business Council, visited the ANSO Alliance of National and International Innovative Enterprises for the Belt and Road Regions (ANIE), accompanied by Mr. He Senquan, Chairman of Shenzhen Senli New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., and Mr. Chen Jianwei, Chairman of ECI Global (Beijing) Education Technology Co., Ltd. The delegation engaged in in-depth discussions with Ms. Cui Yiting, Secretary-General of ANIE, on topics such as technological empowerment, international cooperation, education, and the development of emergency response industries.

Ms. Cui Yiting, Secretary-General of ANIE, extended a warm welcome to Dato' Eric Ku, Economic Advisor to the State of Pahang and Council Member of the Malaysia-China Business Council, Mr. He Senquan, Chairman of Shenzhen Senli New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., and Mr. Chen Jianwei, Chairman of ECI Global (Beijing) Education Technology Co., Ltd. She noted that the Alliance is committed to integrating technology with industry and supporting enterprises in going global and engaging in international cooperation. Ms. Cui emphasized potential for closer collaboration with enterprises in education technology, new energy, and international talent services in areas such as talent development, technology partnerships, and overseas market expansion. Ms. Cui also introduced an ongoing research initiative on smart city governance, which brings together experts, tech companies, and international resources to produce policy-oriented strategic reports, documentaries, publications, and exhibitions—promoting the transformation of scientific achievements and advancing mutual empowerment and win-win cooperation between Chinese and international enterprises.

Dato' Eric Ku emphasized the increasing global mismatch between talent mobility and local development demands. He advocated for fostering synergy between top talent and national or urban needs to achieve co-evolution of industries and human capital across Belt and Road countries.

Mr. Chen Jianwei, Chairman of ECI Global, shared that his company specializes in educational informatization and digital transformation, offering smart classroom, virtual training, and digital human solutions. He expressed a strong interest in future cooperation with the Alliance in international education and technology-powered training programs.

Mr. He Senquan, Chairman of Senli New Energy, explained that the company focuses on energy storage solutions for residential and industrial applications, with products exported to Europe and Africa. In countries such as Nigeria, where power shortages are prevalent, the company plays a critical role in emergency energy supply. He looks forward to leveraging the Alliance platform to expand global cooperation and promote sustainable energy deployment.

This exchange laid a solid foundation for future collaboration in educational digitization, overseas deployment of green energy, and construction of emergency response systems. ANIE will continue to serve as a platform and bridge, helping enterprises “go global,” and injecting the momentum of technology enterprises into the modernization of the global governance system.
