Recently, during the "Heart of Russia" Cultural and Art Festival, renowned Russian artist and woodcut master Vladimir Almanov visited the Silk Road Dialogue Committee for dialogue and exchange. The two sides engaged in dialogue and exchange on diplomatic dialogue with China, as well as cultural tourism, art creation, art exhibitions, and the entry of artworks into the Silk Road Dialogue International Meeting Hall and Silk Road International Museum. Meanwhile, the Silk Road Dialogue International Think Tank Alliance has appointed Mr. Vladimir Almanov as a member of the think tank.
