President Xi Jinping pointed out that China and Pakistan are good neighbors connected by mountains and rivers, good friends who have faith and friendship, good partners who help each other, and good brothers who share hardships. The all-weather strategic partnership between China and Pakistan continues to deepen, with a solid public opinion foundation, strong endogenous momentum, and broad development prospects. China is willing to firmly support each other with Pakistan, tighten cooperation ties, deepen strategic coordination, accelerate the construction of a closer China Pakistan community with a shared future in the new era, and make greater contributions to regional peace, stability, development, and prosperity.

President Xi Jinping emphasizes that the steadfast friendship between China and Pakistan has remained strong, and the key lies in the mutual understanding, high trust, and firm support between the two sides. Thank you to the Pakistani side for their long-term firm support to China on issues related to China's core interests and major concerns. China will continue to firmly support Pakistan's defense of national sovereignty and territorial integrity, support Pakistan's development path that is in line with its own national conditions, and support Pakistan's firm efforts to combat terrorism. The Chinese side is willing to promote the high-quality joint construction of the "Belt and Road" and the docking of Pakistan's development plans, carry out cooperation in agriculture, mining, social livelihood and other fields in line with local conditions, focus on building an "upgraded version" of the China Pakistan Economic Corridor, jointly build the "five corridors" of growth, people's livelihood, innovation, green and opening, and promote the high-quality joint construction of the China Pakistan Economic Corridor to go deep and solid, so as to help Pakistan's economic and social development. I hope that the Pakistani side can continue to create a safe, stable, and predictable business environment, and effectively ensure the safety of personnel, projects, and institutions in China. China is willing to strengthen coordination and cooperation with Pakistan within multilateral mechanisms such as the United Nations and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, jointly promote an equal and orderly world multipolarity and inclusive economic globalization, focus on the development agenda, address security challenges, improve global governance, and safeguard the common interests of developing countries and international fairness and justice.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif stated that under the wise leadership of President Xi Jinping, China has achieved great achievements in poverty alleviation, anti-corruption, and development that have attracted worldwide attention. President Xi Jinping's foresight and outstanding leadership have been sincerely admired and highly praised by the people of Pakistan and people from all over the world. President Xi Jinping focuses on the well-being of all mankind, actively promotes world peace, advocates dialogue rather than confrontation, and puts forward the "Belt and Road Initiative", the Global Development Initiative, the Global Security Initiative, and the Global Civilization Initiative, which provide strategic guidance for solving the problems facing the world today and promoting the building of a more peaceful and beautiful world. Pakistan highly appreciates and fully supports them. The China Pakistan Economic Corridor has effectively promoted the development of Pakistan and truly benefited the Pakistani people. Pakistan will learn from China's experience in governance, continue to build the "Belt and Road" with China in high quality, and deepen practical cooperation in various fields.The Pakistani government once again expresses deep condolences for the deaths of Chinese personnel caused by the Dashu terrorist attack in March this year. It will resolutely crack down on and severely punish the terrorists involved, take practical and effective measures, and ensure the safety of personnel and institutions in Pakistan and China. I would like to reiterate that no force can hinder China's development and growth, and no force can shake the steadfast friendship between Pakistan and China. The Pakistani side will steadfastly become China's most trusted friend and partner. The Pakistani side will continue to firmly support China's position on all core interest issues related to Taiwan, Tibet, Xinjiang, and the South China Sea without hesitation.
