President Xi Jinping asked Vuong Dinh Hue to convey his cordial greetings to General Secretary Ruan Fuzhong. President Xi Jinping pointed out that during my visit to Vietnam at the end of last year, I and General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong jointly announced the construction of a strategic Sino-Vietnamese community with a shared future, which opened a new chapter in Sino-Vietnamese relations. With the joint efforts of both sides, the consensus reached between me and General Secretary Ruan Fuzhong is being implemented. Like-mindedness and common destiny are the most distinctive features of Sino-Vietnametnese relations, and "comrades and brothers" are the most vivid portrayal of the traditional friendship between China and Vietnam. The two sides should work together to promote the construction of a community with a shared future between China and Vietnam to achieve more results, serve their respective modernisation, better benefit the two peoples, and make greater contributions to the world's socialist cause.

President Xi Jinping stressed that at present, the international and regional situation has undergone profound and complex changes, and it is the common interest of China and Vietnam to safeguard the socialist system and maintain national stability and development. The two sides should forge a sense of a community with a shared future between China and Vietnam with a high level of mutual trust, consolidate the foundation of a community with a shared future between China and Vietnam with high-quality cooperation, and promote the construction of a community with a shared future between China and Vietnam with a high degree of political wisdom. China is willing to strengthen the exchange of experience in governing the Party and the country with Vietnam, give full play to the overall coordinating role of the China-Zhongbilateral Cooperation Steering Committee, accelerate the docking of the Belt and Road Initiative with the "Two Corridors and One Circle" strategy, and enrich exchanges between youth, friendly cities and other channels. It is hoped that the legislatures of the two sides will deepen exchanges and cooperation at all levels, strengthen mutual learning and mutual learning such as legislative supervision experience, and play an important role in enhancing the civil friendship between the two countries.

Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue conveyed General Secretary Ruan Fuzhong's cordial greetings and good wishes to General Secretary Xi Jinping. He said that as comrades and brothers, the Vietnamese party and government highly appreciated China's development and progress, and sincerely admired the historic achievements of socialism with Chinese characteristics since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. This year, China's Two Sessions established the goal of developing new quality productive forces, which is a socialist innovation and provides a useful reference for Vietnam. I believe that China will build a socialist modern power in an all-round way as scheduled, and make important contributions to promoting world peace, stability and development. Vietnam firmly adheres to the one-China policy, believes that Taiwan is an inseparable part of China's territory, and resolutely opposes any form of "Taiwan independence" separatist activities. Hong Kong, Xinjiang and Tibet affairs are also China's internal affairs, and China will certainly maintain long-term stability and prosperity. Vietnam adheres to an independent foreign policy and takes China as the top priority strategic choice for Vietnam's foreign relations. In accordance with the "six updates" goals established by General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong and General Secretary Xi Jinping, it will closely exchange and cooperate with China at all levels, continue to consolidate high-level political mutual trust, and actively promote "two corridors and one circle" and Belt and Road docking. The Vietnamese National Assembly is willing to maintain close exchanges and exchanges with the National People's Congress of China, and play an active role in strengthening the civil friendship between the two countries and promoting the construction of a strategic Vietnam-China community with a shared future.
