President Xi Jinping pointed out that at the end of February this year, Mr. President successfully visited China for a state visit, and we reached an important consensus on promoting the high-level development of China Belarus relations. Over the past year, political mutual trust between the two countries has been further consolidated, and international cooperation has become closer. China has always viewed China Belarus relations from a strategic and long-term perspective, firmly supporting Belarus in pursuing a development path that is in line with its own national conditions, and opposing external interference in Belarus' internal affairs. China is willing to continue to strengthen strategic cooperation with Belarus, firmly support each other, promote practical cooperation, and continuously deepen China Belarus relations.

President Xi Jinping emphasized that ten years ago, I put forward the "Belt and Road" initiative, and now more than 150 countries have participated in cooperation. Not long ago, I proposed China's support for the eight initiatives to jointly build the "the Belt and Road" with high quality, and welcomed Belarus to continue to actively participate in it and gain more tangible development opportunities. Both sides should implement projects such as the China Belarus Industrial Park to promote more achievements in industrial cooperation between China and Belarus.Both sides need to improve the facilitation level of cross-border transportation, promote economy, trade, and personnel exchanges. Regularly organize cultural day activities, expand cooperation in education, health, sports, and tourism, support youth exchanges and cooperation between the two countries, and enhance mutual understanding and friendship between the two peoples. China and Belarus are important forces participating in the reform and construction of the global governance system. China is willing to strengthen coordination and cooperation with Belarus within multilateral mechanisms such as the United Nations and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, promote the implementation of global development initiatives, global security initiatives, and global civilization initiatives, and promote the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind.

President Lukashenko stated that under the leadership of President Xi Jinping , China has made tremendous achievements in development, with over 1.4 billion Chinese people living a happy life and making important contributions to the world. President Xi Jinping's successful experience in governing the country has benefited all parties and is worth learning from. Belarus sincerely hopes that China will continue to develop and become stronger, which is beneficial to the cause of peace and progress worldwide. Belarus is determined to develop friendly relations with China and is willing to maintain close high-level exchanges with China, strengthen mutual support, deepen mutually beneficial cooperation, strengthen international and multilateral strategic cooperation, and promote greater development of Belarus China all-weather comprehensive strategic partnership. Belarus firmly believes that the global initiatives proposed by President Xi Jinping , such as jointly building the "Belt and Road", are a great cause that truly brings together the consensus and cooperation of the international community and will continue to participate actively.

The two heads of state also exchanged views on issues such as the Ukrainian crisis.
