President Xi Jinping pointed out that China and Cuba are good friends, good comrades, and good brothers. Under the guidance and cultivation of successive leaders of China and Cuba, the two countries have worked hand in hand on the path of building socialism with their own characteristics, supported each other on issues related to each other's core interests, and closely cooperated on international and regional issues, forming an unbreakable friendship of faith. China views and develops the special friendly relationship between the two parties and the two countries from a strategic and global perspective, adheres to the long-term friendly policy of China and Cuba, and is willing to continuously deepen political mutual trust and strategic cooperation with Cuba, and carry out theoretical discussions and experience exchanges on party and state governance. China will continue to firmly support the Cuban people in opposing foreign interference and blockade, and safeguarding national sovereignty and national dignity.

President Xi Jinping stressed that at the Third Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation, I announced eight actions to support the high-quality joint construction of the Belt and Road, and welcomed Cuba's active docking, especially in the fields of agriculture, tourism, health, science and technology, information and communication, to tap the potential for cooperation and promote the bilateral cooperation to go deep and solid. I hope Cuba can continue to make good use of important platforms such as the China International Import Expo and promote more distinctive products to enter the Chinese market. In September of this year, Cuba successfully hosted the "Group of 77 and China" summit, making important contributions to promoting solidarity and cooperation among developing countries. China is willing to work with Cuba to continue to work together to safeguard the sovereignty, security, and development interests of developing countries.

Prime Minister Marrero conveyed the warm greetings from Comrade Raul and President Miguel Diaz-Canel Bermudez to President Xi Jinping, expressing his pleasure to attend the 6th China International Import Expo in China. Through this visit, I have a deeper understanding of the great achievements made in China's development and the core leadership role played by the CPC in the process of China's revolution and development. President Xi's important thoughts on governance have important implications for Cuba and the world. For a long time, China has provided Cuba with many sincere assistance, which is of great significance for Cuba to overcome difficulties and develop its socialist cause. Cuba hopes to further strengthen unity and cooperation with China, firmly support each other, keep up with the times, and develop their respective socialist cause to better benefit the people of both countries. Cuba is willing to work with China to jointly build the "the Belt and Road" in high quality, deepen practical cooperation in various fields, close communication and cooperation in international and regional affairs, oppose hegemonic hegemony, and safeguard international fairness and justice.

President Xi Jinping pointed out that not long ago President Vuchi ć came to China to attend the Third "Belt and Road" International Cooperation Summit Forum, and this time the Prime Minister came to China to attend the sixth China International Import Expo, reflecting Serbia's sincere friendship with the Chinese people and its firm belief in developing relations with China. China and Serbia are staunch friends who have weathered storms and shared hardships. The relationship between the two countries has a profound historical accumulation, a solid foundation of public opinion, broad common interests, and strong cooperation momentum. In recent years, bilateral relations have continued to operate at a high level, the connotation of comprehensive strategic partnership has become increasingly rich, and practical cooperation has yielded fruitful results. In the new situation, China is willing to work with Serbia to promote high-quality development of bilateral relations and better benefit the people of both countries.

President Xi Jinping emphasized that both sides should work together to build and operate major cooperation projects between the two countries, promote the early entry into force of the China Serbia Free Trade Agreement, strengthen scientific and technological innovation cooperation, deepen cooperation in education, sports, tourism and other fields, expand personnel exchanges, and inherit and carry forward the friendship between China and Serbia. China supports Serbia's independent and independent development path and is willing to strengthen multilateral coordination and cooperation with Serbia to jointly safeguard international fairness and justice.

Prime Minister Brnabic stated that I came to China in 2019 to attend the Shanghai International Import and Export Fair, and visited China again a few years later. I deeply admire China's rapid development and revitalization, as well as President Xi Jinping's strategic vision and outstanding leadership. Serbia and China have strong and good relations, and China has become Serbia's largest investment partner. Cooperation projects such as the River Steel Smederevo Steel Plant have changed the development landscape of Serbia. The two countries reached a free trade agreement within six months, fully demonstrating their firm determination to further deepen their relationship. China has always supported the Serbian side in safeguarding national sovereignty and dignity, and the Serbian people are deeply grateful for this. Serbia firmly adheres to the one China policy and looks forward to continuing mutual support with China, continuing to promote the joint construction of the "Belt and Road", and deepening cooperation in scientific and technological innovation, humanities and other fields.

President Xi Jinping pointed out that this year marks the 50th anniversary of Prime Minister Whitlam's visit to China, and your visit can be said to be a bridge between the past and the future. With the joint efforts of both sides, China and Australia have resumed exchanges in various fields and embarked on the right path to improve development relations. China and Australia are both countries in the Asia Pacific region and important members of the G20. The two countries have no historical grievances or fundamental conflicts of interest, and can fully become partners of mutual trust and achievement. Both sides should grasp the correct development direction of China Australia relations in the profound changes in the world situation. From the perspective of national priority, the world is narrow and crowded, always full of risks and competition. From the perspective of fate and co existence, the world is broad and vast, with opportunities and cooperation everywhere. In the midst of the global crisis, countries are not riding on more than 190 small boats, but rather on a ship of shared destiny. China and Australia should follow the trend of the times, start from the common interests of both countries, and jointly build a China Australia relationship that treats each other equally, seeks common ground while reserving differences, and cooperates for mutual benefit, promoting the continuous development of China Australia's comprehensive strategic partnership. This is in line with the common interests of the two countries and their peoples, in line with the common expectations of regional countries, and also conducive to the international community better responding to the various risks and challenges brought about by the century long changes in the world.

President Xi Jinping emphasized that currently, the world economy is facing significant challenges due to an increasing number of unstable, uncertain, and unpredictable factors. Faced with the complex external environment, the Chinese economy has withstood pressure, stabilized its scale, and improved its quality. China's development still has a good foundation of support and many favorable conditions. China will use its own stable development to bring valuable certainty to the uncertain world economy. China's development cannot be separated from the world, and the development of the world also requires China. The "high walls of small courtyards", "decoupling and chain breaking", or "de risk" are essentially protectionism, contrary to market laws, technological development laws, and the trend of human social development. China pursues a win-win opening strategy, promotes the construction of a new development pattern, and comprehensively promotes the building of a strong country and the rejuvenation of the nation with Chinese path to modernization. This will bring unprecedented opportunities to countries around the world, including Australia. China and Australia should enhance mutual understanding and trust in peaceful coexistence, and achieve common development through mutually beneficial cooperation. Fully leverage the potential of the China Australia Free Trade Agreement, expand cooperation in emerging fields such as climate change and green economy, maintain the global and regional free trade system, and provide a good business environment for enterprises from both countries to invest and operate. The governments of both countries should support exchanges between legislative bodies, political parties, think tanks, youth, and local governments, create more convenient conditions for personnel exchanges, enhance mutual understanding and affinity between the two peoples, and build a solid public opinion foundation for friendship between the two countries. China does not engage in exclusive small circles, group politics, or camp confrontation in the Asia Pacific region. Small circles cannot solve the major challenges facing the world, and small groups cannot adapt to the great changes in the world today. We must be vigilant and oppose attempts to disrupt the Asia Pacific region. China is willing to engage in more tripartite and multi-party cooperation with Australia, support South Pacific countries in enhancing their development resilience, addressing challenges such as climate change, and maintaining peace and stability in the Asia Pacific region through openness and inclusiveness.

Prime Minister Albanese stated that it is an honor to pay an official visit to China on the historic occasion of the 50th anniversary of Mr. Whitlam's visit to China. In recent years, China has made remarkable achievements in poverty alleviation and development. China's long-term stable and sustainable development has greatly benefited Australia and the world. Both sides should respect each other, promote equality and mutual benefit, maintain communication and exchange, enhance understanding and cooperation, and achieve mutual benefit and win-win results. The Chinese people also have the right to development, and I have always maintained a positive and optimistic attitude towards the prospects of the Chinese economy. The political systems of Australia and China are different, and it is normal to have differences, but differences should not be allowed to define the relationship between the two countries. Australia and China share broad common interests, and dialogue and cooperation are the right choice. The Australian side adheres to the one China policy and is willing to actively promote the stable development of bilateral relations with China, close economic and trade exchanges, strengthen cooperation in clean energy, climate change and other fields, and bring more benefits to the two peoples. The Australian side is willing to strengthen communication with China on regional affairs such as the Pacific Island Forum.

President Xi Jinping pointed out that this year marks the 25th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and South Africa, and the relationship between the two countries has entered a "golden age". In August of this year, I conducted my fourth state visit to South Africa and unanimously decided with President Ramaphosa that China and South Africa should become strategic partners with high mutual trust, development partners for common progress, friendly partners for mutual understanding and closeness, and global partners for upholding justice. China is willing to work with South Africa to continuously enrich the connotation of China South Africa's comprehensive strategic partnership and push the bilateral relationship to a new level.

President Xi Jinping emphasized that China supports South Africa in exploring a modernization path that is in line with its national conditions, and is willing to further consolidate the foundation of political mutual trust and enhance the level of mutually beneficial cooperation with South Africa. China is willing to work with South Africa and other African countries to implement China's three initiatives to support Africa's industrialization, agricultural modernization and talent training, as well as eight actions to jointly build the "the Belt and Road" with high quality, create a number of high standard, people friendly and sustainable cooperation projects, improve the strategic and sustainability of China Africa cooperation, and promote the construction of a high-level China Africa community of shared future. Both sides should continue to cooperate closely within the BRICS mechanism, strengthen solidarity and cooperation among developing countries, and promote the development of the global governance system in a direction that benefits developing countries.

President Ramafosa awarded President Xi Jinping the highest medal of honor, demonstrating the high recognition and gratitude of the South African people to President Xi Jinping for his significant contributions to promoting friendship between South Africa and China. South Africa hopes to strengthen the docking of its own development strategy with China's "Belt and Road" initiative and continue to deepen practical cooperation in various fields. The South highly appreciates China's contributions to safeguarding the interests of developing countries and promoting world peace, and hopes to continue to strengthen cooperation with China within multilateral mechanisms such as the BRICS countries.
