President Xi Jinping pointed out that over the past 50 years since the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Argentina, both sides have always respected each other, treated each other equally, and achieved mutual benefit and win-win results. In recent years, under our joint leadership, the relationship between China and Argentina has continuously reached new heights. China and Argentina, both major developing countries, shoulder the historical mission of promoting national development and revitalization, realizing people's aspirations for a better life, and maintaining international fairness and justice. China is willing to work with Argentina to strengthen strategic alignment, promote stable and far-reaching relations between China and Argentina, and set a model of global solidarity and cooperation among southern countries. China supports Argentina in maintaining economic and financial stability, and is willing to share development opportunities with Argentina, promote high-quality joint construction of the "Belt and Road", and deepen practical cooperation in agriculture, infrastructure and other fields. China is willing to import more high-quality Argentine products and encourage more Chinese enterprises to invest in Afghanistan.

President Xi Jinping congratulated Argentina on being invited to join the BRICS Cooperation Mechanism and pointed out that China and Argentina need to strengthen strategic coordination within the frameworks of the United Nations, the G20, and the BRICS Cooperation Mechanism, promote the implementation of the Global Development Initiative, Global Security Initiative, and Global Civilization Initiative, and promote the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind. China has always supported the integration process in Latin America and the Caribbean region and is willing to work with Argentina and other Latin American and Caribbean countries to promote the construction of the China Latin America Forum and the development of China Latin American relations.

President Fernandez stated that adversity shows true love. In the past few years, whether in the face of the COVID-19, severe drought, or financial and economic difficulties, China has extended valuable assistance to the Argentine people, which deeply moved and impressed the Argentine side. China is Argentina's true friend. President Xi Jinping's important initiatives, such as jointly building the "Belt and Road" and building a community with a shared future for mankind, have pointed out the way forward for the world, created important opportunities for developing countries, and played an irreplaceable role in promoting world peace, equity and sustainable development. The Argentina side fully endorses and actively supports them. The Argentina side firmly adheres to the One China principle and hopes to deepen cooperation with China in areas such as economy, trade, infrastructure, and promote the new development of the Argentina China comprehensive strategic partnership.
