President Xi Jinping pointed out that President Putin has attended the "Belt and Road" International Cooperation Summit Forum for three consecutive times, reflecting Russia's support for the "Belt and Road" initiative. Russia is an important partner of China in the international cooperation of jointly building the "Belt and Road". The operation of major infrastructure projects such as the China Russia East Gas Pipeline has brought tangible benefits to the people of both countries. China is willing to work with Russia and the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union to promote the joint construction of the "Belt and Road" and the Eurasian Economic Union, and carry out higher level and deeper regional cooperation. It is hoped that the China Mongolia Russia natural gas pipeline project will make substantive progress as soon as possible, and carry out the cross-border tourism cooperation of the "Ten Thousand Mile Tea Path", so as to build the China Mongolia Russia Economic Corridor into a high-quality road of connectivity and development.

Both sides should promote high-quality development of practical cooperation between China and Russia, actively explore strategic emerging industry cooperation, and take the 2024-2025 China Russia Cultural Year as an opportunity to hold more diverse cultural exchange activities.

President Xi Jinping pointed out that not long ago, the BRICS countries achieved historic expansion, demonstrating the confidence of developing countries in promoting world multipolarity and democratization of international relations. China supports the Russian side in hosting the BRICS Leaders' Kazan Meeting next year and is willing to continue to strengthen communication and collaboration with the Russian side within multiple frameworks such as the United Nations, the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, and the G20, playing a greater role in maintaining food security, energy security, and global industrial and supply chain stability, and safeguarding the common interests of China and Russia, as well as regions and developing countries.

President Putin congratulated the Third "Belt and Road" Forum for International Cooperation on its success, and said that the "Belt and Road" initiative proposed by President Xi Jinping 10 years ago has achieved great success and has become an important international public product recognized by the world. I spoke highly of President Xi Jinping's keynote speech at the opening ceremony of the Forum, appreciated President Xi Jinping's foresight, and believed and wished the great cause of jointly building the "Belt and Road" greater achievements.

The Russian side is willing to closely communicate and collaborate with China within multilateral mechanisms such as the BRICS countries, defend the international system based on international law, and promote the establishment of a more just and reasonable global governance system. There is only one China in the world. Taiwan is an inalienable part of China's territory. Russia firmly adheres to the one China policy and firmly supports China in safeguarding national sovereignty and territorial integrity. The Russian side is willing to use next year's celebration of the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries as an opportunity to further promote the development of the comprehensive strategic partnership of cooperation between Russia and China.
