President Xi Jinping pointed out that after taking office, Prime Minister Hun Manai chose China as the first country to conduct a bilateral visit, which fully reflects the high importance that the new Cambodian government attaches to consolidating and developing China Cambodia friendship. China and Cambodia are staunch friends. Since the establishment of diplomatic relations 65 years ago, both sides have always maintained a high level of mutual trust, equal treatment, mutual benefit and win-win situation, and firmly supported each other in safeguarding national sovereignty, security, and development interests. This is the core essence of the China Cambodia community with a shared future. This year, both sides have embarked on a new era of building a high-quality, high-level, and high standard China Cambodia community with a shared future. China is willing to work with Cambodia to promote the construction of a community with a shared future between China and Cambodia, and work together to create a model for building a community with a shared future for mankind.

President Xi Jinping emphasized that China firmly supports Cambodia in exploring a development path that is in line with its national conditions, and is willing to maintain regular strategic communication with Cambodia to deepen the exchange of experience in governance and politics. Both sides should play a good role in the intergovernmental coordination committee mechanism, implement the new version of the China Cambodia Community of Shared Future Action Plan, enrich the "Diamond Six Sides" cooperation structure between China and Cambodia, jointly build the "Industrial Development Corridor" and "Fish and Rice Corridor", and promote the early implementation and effectiveness of relevant key cooperation matters. China is willing to conduct regular law enforcement and security cooperation with Cambodia, and continue to crack down on cross-border crimes such as online gambling and telecommunications fraud. Both sides should continue to host the "China Cambodia Friendship Year" series of activities, expand cooperation between the two countries in areas such as youth, local areas, education, tourism, healthcare, and so on, so that China Cambodia friendship can bring more benefits to the two peoples.

Prime Minister Hun Manai stated that I have made China the first official country to visit in order to demonstrate that the new Cambodian government will continue to firmly pursue a friendly policy towards China and further promote the steadfast friendship between Cambodia and China. Cambodia adheres to the One China principle, firmly supports China in safeguarding its core interests, and supports President Xi Jinping's global development initiative, global security initiative, and global civilization initiative. Cambodia appreciates China's long-term strong support and assistance for Cambodia's economic and social development, and is willing to implement the important consensus reached by the leaders of the two countries with China, deepen the cooperation of jointly building the "the Belt and Road", promote the further development of bilateral cooperation in industries, agriculture, investment, humanities and other fields under the framework of the "Diamond Six", build a community of shared future between Cambodia and China, and better benefit the two peoples.
