President Xi Jinping pointed out that just now, I successfully held the China-Central Asia Summit with the heads of state of the five Central Asian countries. We have reviewed the history of China's friendly exchanges in Central Asia, sorted out the achievements of bilateral cooperation, summarized successful experiences, and condensed new consensus. We jointly signed the Xi'an Declaration of the China-Central Asia Summit, passed the list of summit outcomes, and charted a blueprint for the future development of China-Central Asia relations.

President Xi Jinping emphasized that in the face of unprecedented changes and with a focus on the fundamental interests and bright future of people from all countries, we are determined to work together to face challenges, build a closer China-Central Asia community with a shared future, and contribute to the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind.

We will firmly support each other on core interests related to each other's sovereignty, independence, security, territorial integrity, and other issues, respect each other's chosen development path based on their own national conditions, and firmly oppose any force interfering in their internal affairs under any pretext. Central Asian countries fully affirm the importance of the Chinese path to modernization path to world development, and reaffirm their firm adherence to the one China principle.

We will take the tenth anniversary of the joint construction of the "the Belt and Road" cooperation as a new starting point, accelerate the docking of development strategies, promote trade liberalization and facilitation, expand industrial and investment cooperation, promote the construction of China-Central Asia transportation corridor, support the establishment of China-Central Asia energy development partnership, encourage high-tech cooperation, ensure regional food security, and jointly create a new pattern of cooperation that is deeply complementary and highly win-win.

We will comprehensively deepen cultural and cultural exchanges and cooperation, actively carry out cooperation in sports, archaeology, tourism, medical and health fields, host the China-Central Asian People's Culture and Art Year and China-Central Asian Youth Art Festival, promote the establishment of cultural centers, expand personnel exchanges, encourage youth exchanges, and jointly implement the "Cultural Silk Road" plan. China is willing to continue providing government scholarships to young students from Central Asian countries, establishing more Luban workshops and traditional medical centers in Central Asia, and helping countries cultivate high-quality talents.

We will resolutely combat all forms of terrorism, separatism, extremism, drug trafficking, and transnational organized crime, strengthen cooperation in biosecurity, cybersecurity, emergency response and disaster relief, continue to help the Afghan people maintain security and stability, achieve peace and reconstruction, and work together to build a Central Asia that is far from conflict and forever peaceful.

We will adhere to the purposes and principles of the United Nations Charter, firmly uphold multilateralism, recognized international law and norms of international relations, uphold international fairness and justice, and promote the development of the international order and global governance system towards a more just and reasonable direction. All parties support and are willing to actively implement the Global Development Initiative, Global Security Initiative, and Global Civilization Initiative, believing that this is of great significance for maintaining world peace and development and promoting the progress of human civilization.

We will take the hosting of this summit as an opportunity to officially establish the China-Central Asian Summit mechanism, which will be held every two years and will take turns in China and Central Asian countries. The next summit will be held in Kazakhstan in 2025. We will accelerate the improvement of mechanism construction, establish a permanent secretariat in China, prioritize transportation, economy and trade, investment and industry, agriculture, energy, customs, and humanities, and solidly and efficiently promote comprehensive and in-depth cooperation among the six countries.
