The two heads of state announced that they will elevate China Kyrgyzstan relations to a comprehensive strategic partnership in the new era.

President Xi Jinping pointed out that the important consensus reached during our two meetings last year on China Kyrgyzstan relations and cooperation in various fields between the two countries is being effectively implemented, injecting strong momentum into the development of bilateral relations. China Kyrgyzstan relations have gone through 31 years of development, and China is willing to work with Kyrgyzstan to build a community of good neighborliness, friendship, shared prosperity, and a shared future for the two countries, to assist in their development and revitalization.

President Xi Jinping emphasized that China and Kyrgyzstan should increase mutual support, especially by clearly and strongly supporting each other's core interests, and becoming good friends with mutual trust and mutual reliance. It is necessary to strengthen the docking of development strategies and policy coordination, promote practical cooperation in all fields by jointly building the "the Belt and Road" with high quality, improve the level of economic and trade cooperation, promote the construction of livelihood projects, poverty alleviation, rural revitalization and other fields of cooperation, deepen connectivity cooperation, and start the construction of the China Kyrgyzstan Uzbekistan railway at an early date. China is willing to increase the import of high-quality agricultural and sideline products from Kyrgyzstan and encourage more Chinese enterprises to invest and develop in Kyrgyzstan. Both sides also need to strengthen local cooperation, expand cultural exchanges, and solidify the social and public opinion foundation for the development of bilateral relations. We should deepen security cooperation and provide a good security environment for the joint construction of the "the Belt and Road" and the development and construction of the two countries.

President Japarov expressed his pleasure to visit the historic starting point of the ancient Silk Road and warmly congratulated China on successfully completing a series of major domestic political agendas. At present, Kyrgyzstan China relations are at the best level in history. Today, we elevate Kyrgyzstan China relations to a comprehensive strategic partnership in the new era and reach an agreement on building a community with a shared future between Kyrgyzstan and China, which will surely push the comprehensive and mutually beneficial cooperation between the two countries to a new level.

President Japarov stated that I have full expectations for the upcoming China-Central Asia Summit and am willing to work with China to build it into a new platform for close bilateral and regional cooperation between Central Asian countries and China.

After the talks, the two heads of state signed the Joint Declaration of the People's Republic of China and the Kyrgyz Republic on Establishing a Comprehensive Strategic Partnership for the New Era, and jointly witnessed the signing of multiple bilateral cooperation documents in fields such as economy and trade, industry and investment, customs, agriculture, and humanities.

President Xi Jinping pointed out that since the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Tajikistan, bilateral relations have achieved a leap from good neighborly friendship to strategic partnership and then to comprehensive strategic partnership. The relationship between China and Tajikistan has a profound historical origin, a solid political foundation, rich cooperation connotations, and broad public support. In the new situation, China is willing to work together with Tajikistan to comprehensively enhance the level of cooperation in various fields and promote the construction of a China Tajikistan community with a shared future that is friendly for generations, sharing weal and woe, and mutually beneficial.

This year marks the tenth anniversary of the establishment of strategic partnership between Tajikistan and China, and the relationship between the two countries has become a model of good neighborliness, friendship, and sincere cooperation between countries. The Tajik side is steadfast in adhering to the One China policy, committed to developing the Tajik China strategic partnership, and building a community with a shared future between the two countries. This is in line with the fundamental interests of both countries and their peoples. Tajikistan supports the global security initiative, global development initiative and global civilization initiative proposed by China, and is willing to promote the in-depth docking of Tajikistan's national development strategy and the joint construction of the "the Belt and Road" initiative, learn from China's development experience, and strengthen bilateral cooperation in economy, trade, production capacity, agriculture, transportation, green economy, people to people and cultural exchanges and other fields. After the talks, the two heads of state signed the Joint Declaration of the People's Republic of China and the Republic of Uzbekistan, passed the Development Plan for the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership between the People's Republic of China and the Republic of Uzbekistan in the New Era (2023-2027), and jointly witnessed the signing of multiple bilateral cooperation documents in areas such as priority investment projects, poverty reduction, agricultural product trade, inspection and quarantine, and local cooperation.
