Project content: The cultivation technology of lentinus edodes is simple and easy to learn, with small investment, high output and short production cycle. The modern industrial production of lentinus edodes is implemented, reaching the scale of planting 5 million bags of lentinus edodes annually, producing 5000 tons of fresh mushrooms annually, and processing 50000 tons of lentinus edodes intensively. The return on investment in mushroom cultivation is generally about 1:2. It is planned to rent 300 mu of agricultural land, of which 250 mu will be used for planting and 50 mu will be used for the construction of deep processing plants and production management.
