Project content: Polypropylene nonwovens production process and its application Nonwoven technology is one of the most promising new technologies in the textile industry. Its production breaks through the traditional textile principles, integrates industrial technologies such as textile, chemical, plastic and paper making, and makes full use of the knowledge of modern physics, chemistry and other disciplines. In recent years, the worldwide polypropylene nonwoven industry has maintained a sustained and rapid growth momentum. It is mainly used for medical and sanitary cloth, household decoration cloth, clothing cloth, industrial cloth, agricultural cloth, and other cloth, such as space cotton, linoleum, smoke filter, etc. It is proposed to introduce investment to build a 60000 tons/year polypropylene nonwoven project, including production plants, warehouses, utilities and comprehensive office buildings. The proposed site is located in Jingbian Energy and Chemical Comprehensive Utilization Industrial Park or Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Entrepreneurship Park.

Total investment and cooperation mode: The total investment of the project is estimated to be 367 million yuan, and the cooperation mode: sole proprietorship and joint venture. The project proposal has been prepared.

Market forecast and investment return analysis: At present, the application of nonwovens is concentrated on the penetration of high-tech and the use of new materials. It is widely used in construction, automobile, clothing, sanitary materials, aerospace, environmental protection and other industries, with huge industry potential. After the completion of the project, it is estimated that the annual output value will be 809 million yuan.
