Project Content: The project is located in Shangzhou District, Shangluo City. Total investment and mode of cooperation: The total investment is 200 million yuan, which can be either sole proprietorship or cooperative construction.
Market forecast and return on investment analysis: after the project is completed, it can receive 400,000 tourists annually, with an annual comprehensive income of 80 million yuan and a profit of 35 million yuan.
