Project content: By making use of the high-quality tourism resources of Tiantai Mountain and the surrounding good ecological quality, we will build high-quality home stay, characteristic restaurants, health clubs, pastoral wedding arts, and strive to build a multi-functional home stay cluster industrial park integrating home stay tourism, fitness and leisure, catering and entertainment. The project covers an area of 55.9 mu, with a total construction area of about 57800 square meters. It is planned to build nine home stay and hotels. The project will be developed in two phases. The first phase has a construction area of about 14955 square meters, a frame structure, including a home stay and a hotel, 146 parking spaces, and 36 parking spaces in the first phase.
Total investment and mode of cooperation: The total investment of the project is 150 million yuan. The sole proprietorship mode is preferred, and joint venture and cooperation are also allowed.
Market forecast and investment return analysis: after the construction of the project, the average annual operating income is about 50 million yuan, the net profit after tax is about 20 million yuan, and the static investment payback period is 8-10 years.
