Project content: The project is planned to cover an area of more than 100 mu in the east of Moyu River and the northeast of Qishui Lake in the ancient town. It will focus on four functional areas: smart health care, featured home stay, entertainment and leisure, and ecological sightseeing. It will build a comprehensive cultural and tourism project integrating ecological health care smart health care industry, home stay rural tourism core in Guanzhong region, pastoral style featured leisure vacation with martial arts history, and rural tourism consumption brand. It mainly constructs supporting facilities such as home stay deduction area, tea room leisure area, manual experience area, ecological agriculture area, agricultural science exhibition area, catering service area, convalescence and rehabilitation area, sports and living area.

Total investment and mode of cooperation: The planned total investment is 600 million yuan. Cooperation, joint venture and sole proprietorship are adopted.

Market forecast and return on investment analysis: After the project is completed, it is estimated that the annual output value will be about 350 million yuan, and the annual tax revenue will be about 40 million yuan.
