Qinling National Treasure Tourist Resort Construction

Project content: The project is located in the north of Changjiaoba Town, Foping County. The natural ecology in this area is well preserved and the biodiversity is rich. It borders the Qinling area of the Giant Panda National Park, with a total planning area of 9.57 square kilometers. The Qinling Giant Panda Foping Rescue and Breeding Research Base under construction will introduce the first batch of giant pandas to the park in June 2022. It has successively built tourism products such as Lingniu Valley, Jinhou Valley, Demon Pool, and the former site of the 25th Red Army. The project area has sufficient construction land, mainly including self driving camp, tent camp, Qizai theme hotel, Longcaoping Hot Spring Hotel, Huaxi Valley boutique home stay and other projects, supporting the implementation of road blackout, tourist center, tourist toilets, parking lot, tourism signs, water supply, power supply, smart interpretation, safety and emergency rescue facilities, etc.

Market forecast and investment return analysis: It is estimated that the annual income will be 50 million yuan, and the investment will be recovered in 5 years.
