Market forecast and investment return analysis: After the completion of the project, the service level of aviation enterprises and related high-tech enterprises in the area will be further improved, and the basic public service capabilities of the development zone will be improved. At the same time, it can realize operating income of 60 million yuan and create 150 jobs. The total investment rate of return of the project is 15.34%, the static investment payback period is 9.51 years (including the construction period), and the dynamic investment payback period is 14.22 years (including the construction period).
