Project content: Build 10 kilometers of scenic sightseeing lanes and 13 kilometers of sightseeing trails, reinforce 4,000 m³ of river embankments in the scenic area, build 2.6 kilometers of forest fire protection passages, build two tourist service centers, parking lots, leisure pavilions, RV camps, Nanshan Fushou Valley Health care area, Zhongnan Dixintai Bigu area, tent hotel, container hotel, health care apartment, public toilet, cultural performance building and related infrastructure and supporting service facilities. At present, the filing project has been completed, 100 mu of land has been transferred, 43 villager houses have been rented, and planning is being prepared.

Market forecast and investment return analysis: The project has three advantages of location, tourist resources and ecology. After repeated investigation and demonstration by relevant experts, it is believed that the project tourist source market is very large, the development potential is huge, and the project feasibility is strong. It is expected to receive 100,000 tourists a year, realize a comprehensive tourism income of 50 million yuan, and provide more than 80 local jobs.
