Project content: Make use of available resources such as fly ash and steam generated by Shangluo Power Plant, focus on building materials recycling enterprises such as Sany Heavy Industry, Shangluo Yucheng, and Meiheng Innovation, and expand the construction of green building materials processing, soybean food processing and other extended projects. The chain supplement chain project will expand the driving effect of the power plant.

Market forecast and investment return analysis: The first phase of Shangluo Power Plant has been completed, with an annual power generation of 6.6 billion kWh, with reserved heating and air supply ports. The project can make full use of the fly ash and desulfurized gypsum produced by the power plant to produce new wall materials such as aerated concrete blocks and plates, and realize the comprehensive utilization of solid waste resources such as coal ash; it can also use the waste heat of the power plant to produce soy products, which not only reduces the Enterprise costs, and can increase the power plant revenue, to achieve a win-win goal. After the project is completed, the annual comprehensive income will be 600 million yuan and the profit and tax will be 150 million yuan.
