Project content: PTC new ceramic is a sintered semiconductor ceramic, which is superior to traditional materials. It can be used in harsh environments such as high temperature, corrosion and non-lubrication. It is widely used as communication materials and floor heating materials. It can protect the circuit in the environment of high current and temperature. The project is based on the development and research results of the positive temperature coefficient thermistor ceramic materials of Northwest University, uses the high-quality resources of Ankang witherite and barite to prepare high-purity barium salt, and combines the new process to prepare the acid PTC ceramic materials. The characteristics of low resistivity and high voltage resistance make high-performance PTC ceramic materials widely used in starting and overcurrent protection components such as refrigerators, air conditioning compressors, switches, fan motors, etc. in daily life, and widely used in the market.
Total investment of the project: 300 million yuan.
Cooperation mode: sole proprietorship or joint venture.
Market forecast and benefit analysis: after the completion of the project, the annual output value will be 200 million yuan, the profit and tax will be 15 million yuan, and 100 jobs will be provided.
