 "Silk Road dialogue - dialogue between Silk Road enterprises and Kurgan Prefecture" was successfully held in Russia in September. 2019 marks the 70th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Russia, and the 70th anniversary of the founding of the people's Republic of China. Recently, the "Silk Road dialogue - dialogue between Silk Road enterprises and Kurgan state" jointly sponsored by the Kurgan state government of Russia and the Silk Road dialogue Committee was held in the Kurgan state government of Russia during the visit of New Silk Road entrepreneurs to Russia, to celebrate the 70th anniversary of China Russia friendship and the founding of the people's Republic of China.

Indicates that the local government provides support to all legal entities registered in Russia. If the project is implemented in a special area, entrepreneurs will not pay property and land taxes for 10 years. The first five years' income tax is 5%, and the next five years - 10%. Support in another area is related to the purchase of equipment. If the enterprise purchases the equipment at the time of leasing, the Kurgan government will fully compensate the initial lease payment, but not more than 30% of the revenue.

In 2020, Kurgan Prefecture of Russia will take the "Silk Road dialogue" as a bridge to launch a dialogue with relevant cities in China, so as to achieve exchanges and cooperation in culture, education, economy, trade and logistics, infrastructure, agricultural science and technology, etc., and open a beautiful chapter of "talking about a new era of China's friendship and building a new future of enterprise cooperation".
