From eliminating absolute poverty to building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way, from pollution control to ecological civilization construction, from international cooperation in fighting the epidemic to building a community with a shared future for mankind, Chinese leaders have always been committed to improving people's livelihood and well-being, which is very admirable.
I attach great importance to studying "Xi Jinping: The Governance of the Country", from which I can comprehend the ruling philosophy of the Communist Party of China and the reasons for China's great development achievements. President Xi Jinping's insights on promoting the construction of economic, political, cultural, social and ecological civilizations are of great reference significance. From eliminating absolute poverty to building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way, from pollution control to ecological civilization construction, from international cooperation in fighting the epidemic to building a community with a shared future for mankind, Chinese leaders have always been committed to improving people's well-being, which is very admirable.
The Belt and Road Initiative proposed by President Xi Jinping has attracted the active participation of more than 140 countries including Latin American countries. The "Belt and Road" construction adheres to the principle of extensive consultation, joint contribution and shared benefits, which is in line with the general trend of economic globalization. China emphasizes adhering to dialogue and consultation, joint construction and sharing, win-win cooperation, and exchanges and mutual learning, seeking the greatest common denominator of cooperation and development with countries along the route, and promoting countries to strengthen political mutual trust, economic integration, and people-to-people and cultural exchanges, so as to benefit the people of the countries along the route. It has very positive practical significance under the complex and changeable international situation. China proposes to set up multilateral cooperation platforms such as the AIIB and the Silk Road Fund, which provides more cooperation opportunities and development assistance for all countries.
In 2019, at the invitation of the Chinese Consulate General in Recife, I went to Fujian Province, China to participate in a seminar on entrepreneurial exchanges. During my stay in China, I gained a deep understanding of the local practice of supporting entrepreneurship and found that China's successful experience is worth learning from. Since the outbreak of the new crown pneumonia, Brazil's economic development has been greatly affected, and the problem of poverty has become prominent. The state of Pernambuco, where I am located, learns from China's experience, optimizes local policies, and takes various measures to stimulate economic vitality. We refer to China's advanced experience in developing the photovoltaic industry to promote labor qualification certification. In March this year, we launched a 60-hour qualification course for those who are interested in the photovoltaic industry, which has benefited many local people. We have also set up a one-stop employment service center and launched credit business through entrepreneurial institutions to build an efficient and convenient support system for employees and entrepreneurs. Combining local characteristics, we also strengthen the scheduling of agricultural production, and use emerging technologies to empower traditional advantageous industries such as bananas, coffee, goat skin and tilapia.
Brazil has broad prospects for cooperation with China in various fields. China has built the world's largest clean power generation system, and Brazil has great potential for wind energy development. The state of Pernambuco is learning from China and hopes to become a leader in wind energy development in Brazil. We also look forward to enhancing the popularity of Brazilian animal husbandry products in the Chinese market and deepening cooperation with China in dairy products and other areas. We also plan to send more students to China for exchanges at the right time, to promote the younger generation's understanding of Chinese culture, and to promote the continuous deepening of people-to-people and cultural exchanges between Pakistan and China.
I believe that under the leadership of the Communist Party of China, the Chinese people will persevere and continue to strive to build China into a great modern socialist country that is prosperous, strong, democratic, culturally advanced, harmonious and beautiful. A continuously developing China will surely create more opportunities for the world.
