As a scholar studying economic issues, I have long been concerned about China's economic development and the opportunities it brings. China is the world's second largest economy, firmly supporting economic globalization, and persisting in open development for a long time is conducive to creating an international environment for promoting common development and cultivating new drivers of global development.

In the past 10 years, China has made tremendous achievements in economic and social development, especially in winning the battle against poverty, historically solving the problem of absolute poverty, and rewriting the history of human struggle against poverty. Currently, China's per capita gross domestic product exceeds 12000 US dollars, with a middle-income group size of over 400 million people. The digital economy, green economy, and other industries are flourishing, and the foundation for economic development is more solid.

China has proposed to jointly build the "the Belt and Road" initiative, the global development initiative, the global security initiative, the global civilization initiative and so on, playing a more important role in promoting world peace and development. Over the past 10 years, the joint construction of the "the Belt and Road" has achieved fruitful results in Southeast Asia. China Laos Railway, Ya'an Wanzhou High speed Railway and other projects have attracted wide attention, and infrastructure construction has strongly promoted regional connectivity. In Thailand, the development trend of the Thai China Rayong Industrial Park is good, the Thai China Railway cooperation project is steadily advancing, and the Thai China trade continues to upgrade. The mutually beneficial cooperation with China has effectively promoted the economic and social development of Thailand.

The global governance plan proposed by Chinese leaders demonstrates China's unwavering commitment to multilateralism and support for economic globalization and regional economic integration. This responsible position is conducive to leading the international community to strengthen cooperation and jointly respond to the impact of Unilateralism, protectionism and other factors on global development. China adheres to an independent and peaceful foreign policy, is committed to maintaining a peaceful and stable surrounding environment, and continuously strengthens mutually beneficial cooperation with neighboring countries, all of which are welcomed by regional countries.

China has a huge population size and huge market capacity, and has great potential to build a Dual circulation. China is steadfast in expanding high-level openness and is committed to strengthening trade and investment cooperation with countries around the world, including Asia Pacific countries, to provide important impetus for global economic recovery. Asia is an important region to promote world economic growth. China has advantages in technology, capital, market and other aspects, and is able to lead Economy of Asia's economy to further development.

I am very interested in Chinese path to modernization, from which I can see the ambition of the CPC and the firm confidence of the Chinese people. Chinese path to modernization has both the common characteristics of modernization in all countries and the Chinese characteristics based on their own national conditions, which has greatly enriched the experience of human society development and brought important enlightenment to other countries, especially the vast number of developing countries. Looking forward to the future, under the leadership of the CPC, China will surely make greater achievements in both domestic construction and strengthening international cooperation, and provide more opportunities for the common development and prosperity of all countries in the world.
