In April in Beijing, the spring breeze is warm and everything shines brightly. Under the escort of a motorcycle convoy, the envoys arrived at the north gate of the Great Hall of the People one after another. The ceremonial soldiers were divided on both sides, and the trumpeter sounded the welcoming horn. The envoys walked through the flag array and climbed up the White Marble steps.

Before the huge mural 'The mountains and rivers are so charming', President Xi Jinping accepted the envoys' submission of national documents and took photos with them one by one.

President Xi Jinping asked the envoys to convey their good wishes to the leaders and people of their respective countries, organizations, and pointed out that China is willing to deepen friendly relations and expand mutually beneficial cooperation with people of other countries on the basis of equality and mutual benefit, and promote the continuous development of bilateral relations. I hope that the envoys can have a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of China, and become ambassadors of friendship and bridges of cooperation. The Chinese government will provide support and convenience for the envoys to perform their duties.

President Xi Jinping emphasized that in the past three years, China has adhered to the principle of putting the people first and life first, and has gone through an extraordinary journey in the fight against the epidemic. In this process, China has received sincere help from many countries and people, and we have fully supported the global fight against the epidemic through practical actions. Together with other countries, we practice the concept of a community of human health and strengthen the bond of mutual help and shared destiny. China has embarked on a new journey of building a socialist modern country in an all-round way, and will comprehensively promote the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation with Chinese path to modernization. China will adhere to the path of peaceful development, adhere to the basic national policy of opening up to the outside world, firmly pursue a mutually beneficial and win-win strategy of opening up, and create more opportunities for the world through its own development. China is willing to work with the international community to promote the implementation of the Global Development Initiative, Global Security Initiative, and Global Civilization Initiative, advocate for common values for all mankind, promote mutual understanding and affinity among people of all countries, jointly address various global challenges, and continuously move towards building a community with a shared future for mankind.
