In April in Beijing, the spring breeze is warm and everything shines brightly. Under the escort of a motorcycle convoy, the envoys arrived at the north gate of the Great Hall of the People one after another. The ceremonial soldiers were divided on both sides, and the trumpeter sounded the welcoming horn. The envoys walked through the flag array and climbed up the White Marble steps.

President Xi Jinping asked the envoys to convey their good wishes to the leaders and people of their respective countries, organizations, and pointed out that China is willing to deepen friendly relations and expand mutually beneficial cooperation with people of other countries on the basis of equality and mutual benefit, and promote the continuous development of bilateral relations. I hope that the envoys can have a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of China, and become ambassadors of friendship and bridges of cooperation. The Chinese government will provide support and convenience for the envoys to perform their duties.

President Xi Jinping emphasized that in the past three years, China has adhered to the principle of putting the people first and life first, and has gone through an extraordinary journey in the fight against the epidemic. In this process, China has received sincere help from many countries and people, and we have fully supported the global fight against the epidemic through practical actions.
