President Xi Jinping welcomes President Macron to visit China again. President Xi Jinping pointed out that the world is undergoing profound historical changes today. As permanent members of the United Nations Security Council and major countries with independent and independent traditions, China and France, as staunch promoters of world multipolarity and democratization of international relations, have the ability and responsibility to transcend division and constraints, adhere to the overall direction of China France's comprehensive strategic partnership of stability, mutual benefit, exploration, and progress, and practice true multilateralism, Maintain world peace, stability, and prosperity.

China is willing to take the opportunity of next year's 60th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and France, as well as the China France Cultural Tourism Year and the Paris Olympics, to strengthen cooperation in related fields.

President Macron stated that I still have vivid memories of my visit to China more than three years ago, and I am very happy to visit China again to discuss with President Xi Jinping the further enhancement of the comprehensive strategic partnership between France and China. I fully agree with President Xi Jinping's positive evaluation of the relationship between France and China and the important suggestions put forward for the development of bilateral relations. Next year, France and China will jointly celebrate the 60th anniversary of diplomatic relations. Over the past 60 years, the relationship between France and China has maintained stable and healthy development. Although the development models of France and China are different, both sides respect each other, communicate openly, and achieve mutual benefit through cooperation in various fields. At the same time, significant progress has been made in cooperation to address the global challenges facing the world today. France respects and adheres to the One China policy. I am leading a large delegation to visit China this time, hoping to strengthen cooperation with China and promote cultural exchanges. France congratulates China on successfully hosting the 15th Conference of the Parties to the Kunming Montreal Convention on Biological Diversity and hopes to continue close communication and cooperation with China on issues such as climate change and food security.
