Dialogue between the SRDC and the Kurgan Region of the Russi

On November 25, 2021, the Silk Road Dialogue Committee and the Kurgan Region of the Russian Federation Government conducted in-depth communication and exchanges on international cooperation in education, study abroad, culture, economy and trade, urban dialogue, and theme dialogues through online video conferences. Through this dialogue and exchanges, the two parties reached a consensus on relevant aspects and will further promote pragmatic cooperation.

Participating in this video conference are the Deputy Governor of the Kurgan Region of the Russian Federation Alekseyev·Andrei·Igorevich, the Deputy Minister of State Education of the Russian Federation Nadezhda Kartashova, and the President of Kurgan University Nadezhda Dubiev , Cui Yiting, Founder of Silk Road Dialogue .


 

Ms. Nadezhda Kartashova, Deputy Minister of State Education of the Government of the Russian Federation, said that Russia and China are both culturally large countries, each with a long cultural history and rich cultural resources, and cultural exchanges between the two countries have a long history. I am very happy to participate in today's meeting at this special time. This is a special meeting. We will definitely meet in the future. It will mean that the project we discussed today must be a success. The Russian Ministry of Education is willing to cooperate with China to promote all the work discussed by Ms. Cui Yiting today. I also believe that our cooperation must be happy and successful.

In recent years, under the guidance of the China-Russia comprehensive strategic partnership of coordination, bilateral cultural cooperation has been vigorously carried out. The Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation Government will vigorously support the education and study exchanges between the two countries in terms of policies, visas, study abroad fees, study abroad institutions, and teachers. It welcomes Chinese students to come to Russia to study and study, and to promote and spread China in Russia. Excellent culture, I hope we will jointly promote Russia-China educational cooperation and promote exchanges and mutual learning between Russian and Chinese civilizations.


 

The Deputy Governor of the Kurgan Region of the Russian Federation, Alexeyev· Andrei· Igorevich, said that since Ms. Cui Yiting led entrepreneurs to visit Russia in 2019, the two sides have maintained good communication. We will cooperate with Russia. China’s cultural education and economics and trade provide all-round support and assistance from the government. I would like to thank Ms. Cui Yiting and the Silk Road Dialogue Committee for their efforts to be a messenger and bridge for cultural exchanges between Russia and China. I hope that the content of our meeting today If it can be implemented as soon as possible, the Russian government will actively cooperate and jointly advance the content of today's meeting.

At the same time, Mr. Governor mentioned that the main industrial sectors of Kurgan Region are machine manufacturing (production of agricultural, road construction and printing machines, chemical equipment, buses, etc.) and light industry (production of knitting and sewing products). In addition, the state’s food industry is very developed, with meat and mill complexes, oil mills, and dairy plants. There are several institutions of higher learning such as machinery manufacturing and agricultural colleges. We hope to cooperate with the Silk Road Dialogue to hold a large-scale series of international city dialogues to strengthen the cooperation of cultural, tourism, trade, study abroad and other projects between the two sides. We especially emphasize the hope that cooperation with China Tianma Cultural Tourism Group will promote the Kurgan of the Russian Federation Government. The state and China have all-round cultural exchanges and cooperation to jointly build the "Belt and Road".


 

Cui Yiting, the Founder of Silk Road Dialogue, said that I am honored to be the representative of the Russian Kurgan State Government in China's cultural economy and trade to maintain close ties between the Silk Road Dialogue Committee and enterprises and the Kurgan State of the Russian Federation Government. In October 2019, we led the company's inspection, so that we have a comprehensive understanding of machinery manufacturing and processing industry, culture, medical care, universities and so on. Kurgan prefecture has simple folk customs, developed industry and commerce, complete medical and educational supporting facilities, and has good cooperation potential. The Silk Road dialogue will strengthen multi-dimensional cooperation with the Kurgan Prefecture of the Russian Federation through Silk Road City dialogue and thematic dialogue with the Kurgan Prefecture of the Russian Federation government. At the same time, we hope to cooperate with Kurgan Prefecture of the government of the Russian Federation to promote the projects such as the eye of the Silk Road City, the Silk Road International microblog Museum, China Museum of traditional Chinese medicine, centralized lubrication system and second-hand equipment, as well as the relevant cooperation and implementation between China Tianma culture and tourism group and Russia.

At the same time, through this dialogue, the Silk Road Dialogue will cooperate with Russian universities to carry out the "Belt and Road Subject" project, and the subject content will be taught by the Chinese side; Send Chinese students to Russia to study for undergraduates, postgraduates, and doctoral degrees; and after the epidemic is over, Russian government personnel will be sent to China to study the business models of enterprises and industrial parks, and experience in economic development. The key cooperative colleges and universities started from the colleges registered in the Ministry of Education of the Kurgan Region, and the Russian side gave the authorization to the Silk Road Dialogue to ensure the smooth graduation of the students going to study abroad. The two parties are committed to making this study abroad program a benchmark on the "Belt and Road" initiative and expanding the international reputation of Kurgan Region.


 

The Kurgan State University of the Government of the Russian Federation is the largest higher education institution in the post-Ural region. It is located in Kurgan, the capital of the Kurgan Region. It was established in 1995 in accordance with the decree of the President of the Russian Federation. The school's predecessor was the National Normal University of Machine Manufacturing . Universities are qualified to train qualified experts in the fields of humanities, socio-economics, and technology. At present, the university has 10 departments, namely the Department of Structural Design, the Department of Mechanical Manufacturing, the Department of Economics and Management, the Department of History and Law, the Department of Physics and Mathematics, the Department of Physical Geography, the Department of Foreign Languages, and the Department of Correspondence. There are generous treatments for foreign students in terms of study, life, and accommodation. The Silk Road Dialogue will be authorized as the sole admissions institution of Kurgan State University of the Russian Federation Government in China. Welcome to Silk Road Dialogue to recommend Chinese students to study for undergraduates, postgraduates, and doctoral degrees in order to promote the international development of education in the Kurgan Region of the Russian Federation.

Through this video conference dialogue, the two parties expressed that they will actively promote Chinese students to study in Russia for undergraduates, masters and doctoral degrees. They hope that Silk Road Dialogue will cooperate with Russian universities to carry out the "Belt and Road Discipline" project, focusing on cooperation with the institutes promoted by the Russian Ministry of Education. School to ensure interactive exchanges between China and Russia. It is hoped that both parties will work hard to make this project a benchmark for the discipline and culture of the "Belt and Road", jointly promote the "Belt and Road" initiative, so that more people can understand and participate in the construction of the "Belt and Road", and work hard to build a community with a shared future for mankind.

At a suitable time in the future, at the suggestion of the Russian side, Russian government personnel will be invited to China to study and study, communicate with enterprises and industrial parks on operating models, economic development and other experience, and promote the implementation of the content of this meeting.
