On August 17, 2019, the summer social practice team of the School of Materials Science and Engineering, East China University of Science and Technology visited the Shaanxi New Silk Road Enterprise Development Promotion Association, located in Xi’an, the starting point of the ancient Silk Road, to discuss the impact of the “Belt and Road” on the city and enterprises in Xi’an Interviews, study, exchanges and seminars. This event helped outstanding college students to implement the great initiative of "One Belt One Road" to promote school-enterprise interaction and cooperation.

The students at the interview site learned from watching the "Silk Road Dialogue" promotional video: Since its establishment, the Shaanxi New Silk Road Enterprise Development Promotion Association has "based on the west, looking at the whole country, and going to the world" to give full play to the advantages and leading role of western enterprises to promote enterprises. International development on the "Belt and Road". Creatively use "Silk Road Dialogue" as a starting point, gather the resource advantages accumulated by the Promotion Association over the years, and implement Chairman Xi Jinping's use of "dialogue" as the golden rule, and is committed to the exchange and cooperation between Chinese and foreign enterprises and cultures. Ms. Cui Yiting, the founder of Silk Road Dialogue, the executive chairman and secretary-general of Shaanxi New Silk Road Enterprise Development Promotion Association, was interviewed by the Summer Social Practice Team of the School of Materials Science and Engineering, East China University of Science and Technology.
