Silk Road Dialogue contributes to the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China and the 70th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Russia.
"Silk Road Dialogue-Dialogue between Silk Road Enterprises and Kurgan Region" was successfully held in Russia in September. 2019 marks the 70th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Russia, as well as the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China. Recently, the "Silk Road Dialogue-Dialogue between Silk Road Enterprises and Kurgan Region" was co-sponsored by the Russian Kurgan State Government and the Silk Road Dialogue Committee. During the Silk Road entrepreneur's visit to Russia, it was held at the government of Kurgan Region, Russia, to celebrate the 70th anniversary of China-Russia friendship and the founding of the People’s Republic of China.
The Russian representatives participating in this dialogue included Vadim Mikhailovich Shumkov --the Governor of Kurgan Region , the Director of the Kurgan Representative Office of the Russian Federal Government, and the first deputy governor of Kurgan Alexey. Indicates that the local government provides support to all legal entities registered in Russia. And provide land for entrepreneurs, enterprises will get tax incentives, if the project is implemented in a special area, entrepreneurs do not pay property and land taxes for 10 years, the first five years of income tax is 5%, the next 5 years -10 %. Another area of support is related to the purchase of equipment. If the enterprise purchases the equipment during the lease, the Kurgan government will fully compensate the initial lease payment, but it should not exceed 30% of the income.
On behalf of the entrepreneurs, Ms. Cui Yiting expressed her gratitude to the Kurgan State Government for its warm reception. By visiting the Kurgan Steel Bar Factory and the Kurgan Road Machinery Manufacturing Plant, Cultural Center, Village Museum, etc., I learned about the customs and economic conditions of Russia. The two sides have great potential and space for cooperation. Through the Silk Road Dialogue, the Silk Road Dialogue Organizing Committee will actively promote bilateral cooperation in culture, economy and trade.
