In November 22, 2019 the “Belt and Road” Global Chambers of Commerce and Associations Conference on the theme of "linking the" Belt and Road" private resources to boost the common development of business associations was held on schedule. This session is guided by the National Federation of Industry and Commerce and the People's Daily, sponsored by the People's Network and the Global Times, supported by China Belt and Road Network and the Beijing Municipal People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries. In order to link "Belt and Road" folk resources and better promote the internationalization of enterprises, Shaanxi New Silk Road Enterprise Development Promotion Association was invited to attend this conference. 2019 marks the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China. Yu Shiyang, Director of the Big Data Development Department of the National Information Center and President of the Digital China Research Institute, delivered the keynote speech at the conference on the investment trend of the "Belt and Road" project from the perspective of big data.
In the keynote session, Yu Shiyang, mentioned that there are three new trends in the "Belt and Road" project investment: first, the investment in the project is concentrated in developing countries in Asia and Africa; secondly, projects in the fields of the improvement of the people's livelihood and the prosperity and economy became hot spots for investments. Third, the number of new projects has been increasing steadily. From 2018 to October 2019, there are 360 hot spot projects in the "Belt and Road" newly signed (winning bid).
